[Notice] MegazoneCloud Customer Center AI Search Mode Beta Launch

Hello, this is the MegazoneCloud Customer Center.

We have newly launched an AI-powered search feature (Beta) so that you can find answers more quickly and conveniently when using the Customer Center.

Going beyond the existing keyword-based search method, when you enter your question in the form of a sentence, AI finds relevant information and guides you with an easy-to-understand answer.

However, as this feature is currently in the Beta stage, some answers may differ from the actual content or may be incomplete.

We plan to continuously improve these areas and are continually enhancing the service to provide more accurate information.

If the search results are insufficient or you need additional assistance, please feel free to submit an inquiry at any time, and a support representative will assist you.

• Enter your question in a convenient, natural format to find the information you want
• Get answers right away without having to find the search results yourself
• Continue checking the information you need through follow-up questions

2) Notes for Use

• AI Search Mode is operated as a Beta version, and some answers may differ from the actual environment.
• For inquiries requiring accurate verification, please submit them by registering an inquiry.
• If it is difficult to provide an answer, you may be guided to register an inquiry after additional verification.

3) Information on Service Improvement Feedback

If you experience any inconvenience or have suggestions for improvement while using AI Search Mode, you can submit them through ‘Service Improvements and Suggestions’ at the bottom of the Customer Center or through the sidebar in AI Search Mode.

The feedback you provide will be reviewed internally and used as a reference for service improvements.

We will continue to improve our services to provide an even better customer experience.
